Yesterday I decided to add protein shakes into my diet. I've been aware that perhaps I'm not having enough protein in my meals, and this will help out a bit. Unfortunately in my haste, I think I overdid the whole protein powder too much and have 2 serving yesterday.
I also tried to just add the powder to my morning latte the way I used to do it. My body is definitely not ready for this combo, so I'll just use powder with water for now.
