Day 4523 - Dragonflight Day 373

Forgot to mentioned that I got one of the Super Bloom mount on the 2nd day of the patch.  I was a wee busy getting the wild battle pets.  Here's Winter Night Dreamsaber. 

I also managed to get the 5 dreamseed weekly quest done on all characters.  They all reward gears of various quality, but I haven't got around to sort them out yet.

Finally, Ny'alotha Allseer, the mount from the final raid of BFA was up in the BMAH.  I spend a bit of time transferring gold to the main character.  Fortunately I only have to make 1 bid at 3.41 million gold, which makes it one of the cheaper BMAH mount I've found.

Day 4323 - Dragonflight Day 173

It's the last day of the raid week, and I tried to get my own key done.  Unfortunately we had a 'healer' that quit on the first pull, wasting everyone's time.  I still got my +10 done by doing someone else's key.  Afterward, I got the rest of the weekly reputation quest on those that still haven't finished yet.

All the while the no longer available mount from Glory of The Raider came on the BMAH.  Since there's literally only 1 auctioneer in this expansion that can take the bid (other than the emergency beacon), I had an idea on who's bidding against me.  Still, I spend 7.89 million gold.  Towards the end of the bidding process, I was running into gold cap while trying to get gold from the mailbox.  Oh well, a mount is a mount.

Day 3925 - Shadowlands Day 446

For the third time, Sha of Anger mount is on the Black Market Auction House.  This time, I decided to just bid until I had no other bidders.  After camping the Boralus auction house for 2 hours, I managed to snag it for 5,231,981 gold.  Not too bad.  I'll learn it later.

Day 3676 - Shadowlands Day 197

Fiendish Hellfire Core was up on BMAH.  It's one of the last raid mount I still haven't gotten from Legion.  I've already gotten the non-Mythical version, Mythical boss is significantly harder to do with level squish.  This is something I don't want to pass on.  3.8 million gold later, it's mine.

Day 3346 - Battle for Azeroth Day 644

The mount from Isle of Giants boss shows up on BMAH, and I was patient enough to buy it.  1.097 million gold.  At this rate, I'll go broke before going to the next expansion.

And unexpectedly, I got the mount from Normal/Heroic Nighthold raid.  It's fitting that the Demon Hunter got the mount.

Day 3345 - Battle for Azeroth Day 643

I got another 4 characters through their cloak upgrade.  Gears are a bit of hit and miss.  The shadow priest got the exact same gear she's wearing, down to the corruption.  I also finished up the major assault, going to be doing minor before Friday night's switch over.

The mount Son of Galleon's Saddle came up for sale for Blackmarket Auction House.  I made preparation and make sure I'm in position to buy it.  Cheaper than I anticipated, my only other competition gave up after 1.68M gold.

Day 3277 - Battle for Azeroth Day 575

I tried and failed a 5 mask run as DPS.  Guess I'm going to have to stick to going protection spec in the future.  I also saw Solar Spirehawk on the Black Market Auction House.  I know this is going to be expensive, so I send the funds from all of my alts to the main characters and set timer to start the bidding war.  Albeit, it stay 250k for better part of the whole day before going into bidding war in the last 10 minutes.  The final price is 2.9m, not the most expensive mount I've ever bought (the auction house mount), but this means I'll never have to go back to Draenor again for any more outdoor mount again.

I spend quite a bit of time in Mechagon with Hunter in an attempt to get the gun transmog.  Other than that, I did win the Nightmare transmog from Black Market Auction House, with many last minutes biddings.  It cost 251k gold, but now I don't need to go back to Emerald Nightmare.

The heatwave is somewhat abated, and the AC is working again.  I noticed The Flag of Ownership is up in Black Market Auction House and I send 3 million gold to my rogue to try getting it.

The starting bid price is 270k.  It eventually went to 700k, and I win it after a short bidding war.  Now I have something to use later on.

The Christmas event have started and I cycle all of my characters through them.  As the Greench's doesn't have anything new on the the loot table (and I got the Rag illusion via BMAH), I decided to just do this once and skip out on the event entirely.  The WoD version of the event is a bit more contentious, as they didn't adjust Grumpus's health, so he's getting one shotted by Horde players in PVP realm.  They actually nerf the loot coming out of that event, so I'm only doing this once and skipping the rest of the event.

The only new stuff I this year that I can do right now is the new wild pet Globe Yetti.  Thankfully my mage saw it on her way to turn in the Ironforge quest and quickly tame it.  It's a solitary level 1 wild pet and I was very happy about getting it.

I decided to get the hidden appearance for Discipline Priest Artifact.  It takes a bit of time and even involves one dungeon run.  But it's so late in the expansion none of the books spawn are camped.  Here's what she looks like with her new book staff:

And before I turn in for the night, I open another exalted box, this one for Valajar, and it finally reward me with Valajar Stormwing.  Now 3 mounts down, 2 to go on Broke Isles (one more from Argus) and one toy from Wardens.

Day 2531 - Legion Day 331

On a very hot and humid night (at least in my computer room), we got through Maiden on a Heroic only night.  We spend the last hour on Maiden herself due to people missing the mechanics, myself included.  But we got through her and will pick up tomorrow on Avatar and our first serious night of attempts on the final boss.  I got the leg and chest tier pieces with both piece having bonus iLevel.

I also somehow managed to win Foam Sword Rack in between the boss pull from Black Market Auction House.  It's nice to have a rogue with safe access to BMAH.

Just for added bonus, I got into a strange Nightbane run with 4 other overgeared folks and got through the entire new Karazhan without much difficulty and without healer.  We managed to finished the whole thing in record time, at least for me.  I also win the mount from the run.

I noticed that Sun-Lute of the Phoenix King (the guitar axe) is up on Blackmarket Auction House, so I paid attention to it.  Since I want have this on my paladin, I have to buy it on the Paladin.  I pop in and out of the auction house on the paladin while paying attention to when the auction expires.

After I'm done with my usual daily quests, I kept an eye on the auction.  After a while, I win the bid with 1.6 million gold.  Is it worth the trouble?  Absolutely.

After i got my paladin main her emissary quest plus the dailies on Broken Shore, I decided to just do LFR for the alts.  I noticed that Kor'kron Juggernaut was on BMAH, so pooling my resources I send just over 2 million gold over to my rogue.  After setting up an alarm to remind myself for the inevitable auction battle, I came away with the mount.  It cost me 1.6 million gold, cheaper than the spider mount, but well worth the trouble, as i won't have to run the mythic version of Siege anymore.

When I woke up, Blackmarket Auction House have Clutch of Ji-Kun, the other mount from Throne of Thunder, one that I currently have no ability to get to.  When I saw the bid, it was already at 650k gold.  Since it still have a long auction timer to go, I went about doing other things.  By the time I finished and the auction came near a close, it was still at $650k.  I set timer to my best estimation of when the auction have 30 minutes left.  I then went about fishing lunker for the mount from Nate Pagel.

By the time my timer went off I went back to the auction house and place a single bid, which is automatically raised to 682k.  For the times I babysit the auction, there's a grand total of one other person looking at the auction.  He gave up and hearth back to garrison.  And I win the bid which depletes my fund to a dangerous level.  But that's a mount I don't have to farm anymore.

Day 2016 - Warlords of Draenor Day 467

Well, another mount shows up in the Black Market Auction House.  For once, it's not during raid night, so I have time to actually babysit the auction.  For the most part, the auction was sitting at 150k range.  At the last 30 minutes, some one is determined to make me spend more money on it than its price at the time.  In all, I bought Reins of the Vitreous Stone Drake for 326k.

I didn't farm this instance as much as I have Vortex Pinnacle, but I welcome it none the less.

Day 2004 - Warlords of Draenor Day 455

While I wasn't successful at farming the raid instance mount, The Reins of the Thundering Cobalt Cloud Serpent did show up in the Black Market Auction House.  Getting the bid into the BMAH is a wee bit of an issue as Horde players decided to farm honor there.  After getting killed too many times, I decided to go back into tanking spec and had much more success at staying alive.  The mount cost me about 516K gold, but a mount is a mount.  Here's what it looks like outside the place where we normally farm the mount:

Day 1974 - Warlords of Draenor Day 425

I didn't do much except running Ulduar/ICC25/DS25 mount farming run.  I got 5 out of 9 characters through.  No mount, albeit, in between farming run, I saw the Riding Turtle is up again in the Blackmarket Auction House, so my main character went to Nagrand and babysit the auction.  I win the bid at 269k gold.  Not really worth the money, but a mount is a mount.

I did a couple of Mythic Dungeon with guild member to pickup some valor point as well as trying to get the trinket off the bosses.  No luck.

The elusive mount farming for Drake of the Northwind is over.  Not that I actually managed to farm it, but this time it comes up again in the Blackmarket Auction House.  And this time I babysit it, and it escalated into a bidding war.  I end up paying 201k gold for it.  Consider the amount of time my rogue wasted on it, I think it's well worth it.

I then went on two Mythic dungeon on my hunter.  Didn't get anything other than the valor point.  After that, while waiting for the daily heroic dungeon queue, I finish up the Tanaan Jungle mount farming by getting Tundra Icehoof off Rattling Iron Cage, which dropped off one of the 4 specific world boss in Tanaan.  I've gotten 6 cages, and 4 of them have identical mount.  Which means I was farming for the icehoof for a while.  2 mounts in one day is a new record for me, albeit, I bought one of them.
