I spend most of this week coop up in my house taking the training course. Even my Saturday lunch at The Noodle King is somewhat tempered. I only have the fried tofu and saute spinach (which I took home for today's lunch). I had my usual basil omlette for both breakfast in the weekend, and I had the usual large dinner yesterday with the family having steak (I took what I considered 6 oz of slices). The dinner did include some wild rice and mash potatoe. Thankfully the glucose reading this morning is still normal.
I'm not sure how much weight there are in the hair, but I did get my hair cut yesterday. In all, this has been a good week weight control wise.
