I think I had an adverse reaction to the ice coffee my brother bought yesterday. Now, I have had coffee late in the day without adverse effect in the past couple of weeks. Last night was a new one for me. I know I'm tired, but I literally cannot will myself to sleep.
Didn't help that this morning when I finally woke up that I have to do my vitamin blood work. Unlike my physician's normal blood test, the vitamin test is a 12 tube draw affair. Fortunately, despite of me not having drink any fluid for 12 hours, the draw is moderately smooth this time. They didn't call me back for second round of drawing.
