Day 758 - Warcraft Patch 5.0.4 Day 11

Today is yet another fix the UI day.  I finally decided to break out the combat log window to be visible all the time.  I also arrange it so that Grid frames are finally align correctly.  Now I also have to fix autobar on some of the classes.

I ran LFR with my shadow priest and druid.  Some of the raids are utterly terrible.  My severely under geared balance druid managed to came in second in damage in the final boss fight.  This is not good.  Loot wise, mostly bag, except my druid finally also got Ti'tahk, the Steps of Time.  My second character to get this loot.  I also decided to switch out Glyph of Star.  While it may look pretty, I just cannot tell at a glance whether I'm in the correct form to do damage or not.

Ran my mage through the LFR today.  Manage to get an updated glove.  I'm still not doing a whole lot of damage as fire mage.  Well, onto other class tomorrow.

Day 756 - Warcraft Patch 5.0.4 Day 9

I finished off most of the Darkmoon Fair mount and pet collection this morning.  Unfortunately for me, the last pet, Darkmoon Rabbit appears to be a level 93 raid boss that'll simply one shot any individual, and requires an old fashion 40 man raid.  At least I can tempered my thought about doing that.

I ran both half of the Demon Soul LFR yesterday on Malorina.   For a change, the loot is with me as I managed to pick up 3 piece of the Tier 14 rogue gear.  This makes the tier 14 bonus available.  The mod Reforgenator doesn't have the new hit and expertise value yet, so I have to make manual guesses on how I should reforge.  My rogue now hits for decent amount.

I woke up 90 minutes ahead of schedule this morning, compliment of being on-call.  And for a change, this was an actual problem that I have to spend hours on.  I'll take a small nap this afternoon to catch up, as I need to work tonight.

Oh, on my numerical reporting, I finally got around and switch the weight and glucose reading around in my spreadsheet.  It only makes sense.  I always measure blood pressure first, and then glucose, and then weight.  It only makes sense to report in that order.

Day 755 - Warcraft Patch 5.0.4 Day 8

With the new share all companion pets and mount, I've decided to split up mount gathering a bit and getting all of my various characters to do different pets and mount.  For example, I was able to get Darkmoon Dancing Bear on my main character this morning, after doing two daily quests at the cost of 180 Darkmoon ticket.  My other characters are getting the companion pets, and I'm about 3/4 of the way through.  It doesn't look like I'm going to be able to get all of the pets this month, but next month should be different.

Day 754 - Warcraft Patch 5.0.4 Day 7

Today is the AutoBar fix day.  The mod creator actually recommend that the old configuration file be remove and start anew.  That's what I did, and the result looks fine.  Finally getting near what I wanted.  Now I just need to fix Grid.

I also ran both raid finder instance on the mage.  Didn't get anything, but I did ran enough instances to buy 2 replace gear.  Finally learn how to play fire mage.  Frost mage will take a bit of time.

For this long weekend, I sort of promise myself to do as little as possible.  Other than trying to learn how to play various of my characters.  Thus far, I think I got a handle on the mechanics on assassination rogue, balance druid, blood death knight and affliction warlock.  I also realize that resetting talent points does not take the wholesale class trainer route, which can get expensive, but it's treated like glyph, on a per talent basis.  Good thing to know.

I have a fairly successful day of learning to play affliction warlock.  Demonology warlock will take a bit getting used to, but I've actually find playing affliction sacrificing demon quit powerful.  I also managed to snag a raid finder weapon.  Guess this weekend isn't a total loss.
