It would seem that whenever I made some stride towards my goal, I will self sabotage myself. Yesterday, I miscounted and arrived at the office minus any of the lunch that I usually eat. So I opted to go out to the Japanese restaurant in Burbank. I have the Chicken Bowl, which does set off minor onset of dumping (I felt the glazed sauce working through my system giving me a slight episode of flash discomfort). Since my glucose reading this morning is fine, I supposed is the 2 bags of single serving beef jerky that I brought in from Costco that did the trick.
Even with my surgery, I still have to pay attention to what I eat.
