Day 590 - More Sleep

The past 2 days, I've made concerted effort of getting to sleep much earlier to compensate for when I wake up. It still takes me 20 minutes of actually getting out of my bed, and another 20 minutes before I start my exercise. I really should be doing all of that in 10 minutes.
