I got lucky with the weekly vault dropping the normal raid final boss weapon token. I was able to upgrade my weapon from 194 to 207, a fairly substantial jump. The old guild was doing a new raid, but I was not able to get in and they're short on healer anyway. I did a pug group that only finished the first 3 bosses.
I also did the first layer of Twisting Corridors. Much harder than the other content, and the group I was in was pushing me to go faster, thus we didn't get as much power as I would like to have. At 17th floor, they start getting one shotted for no reason. We did finish that layer and got through the story quest.
