After the excitement of buying the most expensive mount in the game, I mainly hang back and complete as much of the new zone on my main as possible, after opening the secret treasure on all of the level 60s. The drop rate for that ultra rare pet might have been upped, as I managed to get 2 of them, and one more in the morning after reset. This may well dropped the price of the pet down significantly. Who am I kidding, I've never sold one.
