Day 741 - Weight Training Aftermath

I didn't do my usual elliptical exercise yesterday, instead I did 4 sets of 10 rep on various weight training.  Throughout today, I start feeling soreness around my rib and upper arm muscle.  In the afternoon, it became much more pronounced.  It's a good thing I don't have gym tonight.

 115/74/49 172lb 93 mg/DL
