Due to the new Warcraft expansion that has taken up all of my available time, I've been slacking on the exercise. Today, I decided to tweak the speed of my morning walk a bit. Instead of 4.5MPH for 30 minutes, I set it at 4.6MPH. My knees are still holding up. We'll see tonight whether this is a good idea or not.
