Patch day today. I also went on my annual Indian casino donation trip. This year, I brought $200 with me, and donated $40. Not that badly, but still didn't make money.
Game wise, I'm bummed that they changed the behavior of Blingtron 4000 so only 1 characters per account can access it per day. They mentioned that there is a chance it'll drop mount. But still, that's a major change.
On the positive side, the new commendation system means that once I hit revered with one faction on one character, I can accelerate its accumulation 100% by spending 34g. I immediately did before even starting my Golden Lotus, and was kind of impressed with the gain. Now it's not as painful. I did the same thing with Cloud Serpent, and was able to grind out exalted status with them today, instead of in a couple of days. Now at least one of my character can ride these mount.
