I got on the horn with Time Warner Cable to find out why the upgrade I ordered 2 weeks ago still did not kicked in. After 20 minutes with the tech support, I got transferred to the customer care. It's there that they discovered discrepancy in the billing (they really need to work that bit out in the online ordering forms). After a brief modem reboot, as ordered by the customer care representative, my speed increased 3 fold. Still not quit as fast as I had hoped for. But they claimed that my area is due to have its upgrade in one month, so I can wait.
Meanwhile, I completed some of my character's allotment of weekly quest and wait for the raid reset.
