I did a tour of easily accessible rare elites in Nagrand. And then I came to realize that the Gronn area's mob respawned at a rather fast rate. Sure enough within 2 hours I covered the remaining 6k of reputation grind and got the Domesticated Razorback. This also pushes my total up to 250 mounts and another new mount, Felfire Hawk.
This is what the mount look like on my gnome shadow priest:
