After finishing Dragonblight and some of the Grizzly Hills, the leveling alts managed to get to 80, which enabled the learning of fastest mount speed training. It also opened up Cataclysm/Pandaria questing. I'm choosing Pandaria. At the end of the day, they're now at level 83 and I actually use the Wrath Timewalk run to gain some experience.
