I got Exalted with Court of Harvester early on and bought the iLevel 200 neck piece from them, which is a solid upgrade. I also bought the faction horse to bump up the mount count, now well over 500 usable on the Paladin. I spend the rest of the time doing Mythic+. I was able to get two pieces of gears, and these should be options in the Great Vault on reset.
