Today is 4th of July. Unfortunately for me, I forgot to turn off the alarm that wakes me up at 4:30AM. For the past 2 weeks or so, my left angle have been feeling sprang or just tightness in the morning. This have really bother me about exercise.
This morning, I decided to forgo my usual exercise and see if a full day of absolutely no exercise will help. Unfortunately for me, I cancelled that in the afternoon, just as the uninsulated room that houses treadmill is heating up. I will say that I sweat much more than usual, not exactly sure if that's a good or bad thing.
