Day 707 - Skipping Exercise

I had 3 hours of sleep this morning due to the late night work.  When I wake up (one hour later than usual), I know I'm not in any shape to do my usual exercise.  Even now as I type this, I'm still not feeling right on my legs.  Well, that's one day that I'm not doing my exercise.
