Now that I've exhausted the LFR for my tank, I've decided to use her as the character to reach valor point cap. All it takes is to get the weekly 200 from Timeless Isle weekly quest and the daily 50 valor point for killing elites, and a couple of runs for daily dungeon and scenario.
