Day 1297 - Mists of Pandarian Day 518

I got home a wee bit late yesterday, so I didn't have time to wait around Celestial court for the proper Celestial being tag by Alliance.  With that in mind, I did get the final 5 token needed by the rogue Malorina to go back to Thunder King to finish Chapter 3 of the Legendary quest.  Unfortunately, it was getting so late that I have to wait for a later date to do the Blessing of Celestials and then the cloak upgrade later.

And my Balance Druid join the Legendary Cloak club after getting the last 2 token, and getting the Thunder King's heart.  The Celestials' Blessing was significantly harder for a caster without tanking class like my warlock.  I literally have to just run and spam my instant spells to get the quest done.  At least it's done and I got my cloak after doing all 4 Celestials World boss.

This morning, someone claiming to be from IRS call for me trying to convince me that there's a problem with my filing.  The only issue is that I know this is NOT how IRS operate.  It would've been more convincing if David King doesn't speak with such heavy Indian accent that I was having problem telling what script he was reading.  After jotting down the phone number that he wanted me to call, I turn around and look it up in Google.  Yep, my first instinct was correct.  I guess after working with Indian tech support for 6 years have its benefit.  I was kind of able to understand him, but not enough for him to try to get me to divulge the useful information that he was scamming.  Oh I know they want me to get some pre-paid debit card and pay off my balance.   Good thing I was tracking the progress of my tax filing quit diligently.

After last night's multiple run at Heroic ZG, I end up grinding out my warlock's Celestial world boss to get her Legendary Cloak.  4 down, 5 to go.

Day 1294 - Mists of Pandarian Day 515

Now that I've gotten the mount from Kara, there are two more mounts that I can farm.  Both of them are from Cataclysm expansion.  One of them is from Stonecore that I can do as normal mode, one of them in Zul'Gurub in heroic mode.  Heroic ZG is on a daily timer, so I'll try getting that done when I'm at the end of day.  I can basically run Stonecore 5 times an hour, though I probably want to not lock myself out of all instance as I wait for LFR to open up.

Stonecore is by far the easier one.  Heroic ZG does have some rather challenging trash mob before the boss.  After several messy death, I think I got the hang of it.  That raptor will be mine.

After putting my Shadow Priest (2 token) and rerun some of the available boss for my mage (zero token), I decided to try getting Moten Core epic weapon #2.  The drop rate being as it was, I didn't get it.  Oh well, time to put it on weekly schedule.

I was mistaken when I thought it was possible to get credit for Celestial World boss when your faction didn't have the tag.  I just tried with my warlock and didn't get credit.  Well, Tuesday is the reset, and we should have plenty of runs.

Day 1292 - Mists of Pandarian Day 513

It looks like the only toon I can get through today is my warlock.  Fortunately for her, her day was totally opposite of what my poor mage went through yesterday.  She got 8 tokens, finishing Chapter 3 of the Legendary quest.  She's currently doing the Celestial blessing quest, being the first of the DPS class to get this far.  I'll do both the Temple of Jade Serpent and White Tiger portion on this toon to see how to do both.  Just for kicks, I reforge and regem this toon as a Destruction Warlock.  Lets hope my thousand gold spend is in good use.

We took my brother out celebrating his birthday at Akasaka Restaurant in Hacienda Heights.  Following all online reviewer's suggestion, reservation was made and we show up 10 minutes prior to get seating.  The place was small, but very popular.  We ordered 6 dishes and they are:

Rose Hill Day.  I forgot the rose I bought yesterday, so I have to make due with what's in the flower shop at the cemetery.  It's more expensive, but it will have to do.

On Warcraft front, my mage had a pretty crappy quest token day.  Only 3, bringing the total up to 7.

Not a bad night of grind, 4 token from 4 LFR for the hunter.  The usual Black Temple run also came up empty, as usual...  Well, I still have Sunwell Plateau to look forward to.

Day 1289 - Mists of Pandarian Day 510

It's been an up and down day.  I had to leave work early to go to a dentist for the first half of deep cleaning.  It's not fun, plus they have to patch up a loose filling.

It's also patch day which brings its own sets of headache and performance issue.  After running my Death Knight through her round of the Celestials, she got her Legendary cloak.  Afterward, I cycle most of my toons (except for Paladin and Shadow Priest) through Celestials.  My mage got her iLevel 553 glove, completing the set.

I then set my Druid through her quest token grind.  She got 4 to bring the total to 10 which means she'll get her cloak next week.  In between the grind, I also set her upon Black Temple to get her the leather blind fold.  Still no luck.

As night draws to a close, I went through the motion of taking my toons through Karazhan to get that elusive rare mount Fiery Warhouse.  My Paladin didn't get it, but Death Knight got hers.  This means that I really don't need to come back there religiously.  Oh what a pretty pony.  And it's appropriate to have Death Knight obtain this very Death Knight theme mount.

With time to spare, I tried to get my two tanks through the 4 Celestials to get their Legendary cloak.  My monk was successful in her 2 cloaks.  My death knight is missing Xuen, so that'll be today's todo.
Patch 5.4.7 also shows up today.  Not sure how this will affect the rest of my toons.  But considered that I only have 6 toons to grind through the Titan Runestone instead of 9.  It should be interesting.

Putting my mage and warlock through LFR was quit painful, made more so that there seem to be people who derive pleasure in deriving others of their achievement.  Well, patch 5.4.7 will be deploy tomorrow, lets see what it brings.

Last night, after my DK got her 12th Titan Runestone, I was so tired that I have to head straight to bed instead of taking another run at the Thunder King.  Unfortunately for me, that seem to be a recurring theme, as I simply cannot sleep in late.  I awoke this morning at 4P51AM and simply cannot go back to sleep.

I took the DK through Thunder King to finish Chapter 3 of the Epic Quest chain.  Unfortunately on the Timeless Isle, there doesn't seem to be any group for the Celestials, so that'll have to wait until tomorrow.

As I wait for my mage's LFR to start, I decided to clear some old content for some repair bill.

Both of my 2 other tank toons had 9 quest token at the start of the day.  And it took me runs through every single one of the available LFR bosses (20) to get the remaining 3 token.  I had to run through the Thunder King on a separate occasion on both toons to get the next layer of quest token in order for me to go to the iLevel 600 cloak.  Next stop is to find group to do the 4 Celestial World Bosses.  I can sort of wait for that, as I have toons currently at zero Titan Runestone.

I've noticed lately that I'm seriously deficient in my sleep.  For example, I was waken up this morning at 1AM.  I had to stay up for 40 minutes to see though the event and took me another 20 minutes to fall asleep.  I'm just tired all over.

Tonight is Rogue's turn at LFR.  Lets hope for the best.

Due to some scheduling conflict, I didn't get home until much much later today.  Only managed to squeeze in 1 LFR, Vale of Eternal Sorrow.  The 2 tanks are seriously unclear on the concept, and my hunter only managed to get 1 Runestone out of all that trouble.  As a antidote, I ran Sunwell Plateau on the hunter.  Legendary Bow didn't drop.

I managed to get through the rest of my Druid's LFR rotation and got my hunter through the Throne of Thunder portion of LFR.  And then I'm pretty much too exhausted to continue.

New raid week.  Unfortunately for me, my monthly support meeting seriously cut into my raiding, so I only managed to get my druid partially through her quotient of LFR.  She did get 4 Titan Runestone though.

My DK didn't fare as well as my monk in her token run.  Though at the end of the day, both are 3 tokens away from getting the epic cloak.

The next toon up is my mage, who was 6 tokens away from the meta gem.  That I got late in the night, and managed to get the tricky final step done without killing myself.  Warlock and Shadow Priest next.

The next toon on my roster is Monk.  Surprisingly enough she did manage to get 7 token to take her total to 9/12.  After that was done, I had a bit of time left over so I took the rogue back to one of the instances she hadn't run and got the final quest token for her.  Many wipes later, I got the legendary meta gem and on my way to do the next tier of quests.

It feels like a reply of the previous day.  My rogue was 13/20 token from getting her Legendary meta gem.  And just like the hunter, the groups I was in was utterly lacking in terms of situation awareness and general knowledge.  After a while I just give up trying to correct the groups and just go with the flow.  At the end of the day, I'm one token short.

Hunter's turn.  I'm 14/20 token starting today on this toon.  Sure I'm consistently near the top of the dps meter, but the sheer lack of awareness of these raiders are getting to me.  After a very long night, I'm one short.  Well, there's always next week.

Managed to get through 2 LFR instances, and got my druid's Secret token done.  I spend the rest of the time going through the rest of the quest to get the legendary meta gem as well as getting all of my toon through Celestials.  Nothing really drops.  Next up is hunter, who's 7 tokens away.

Last day of the raid week.  Due to the various network issue (and Blizzard's own connectivity issue), I haven't had much luck in getting my character their quest tokens.  I managed to snag the guarantee token for my warlock, one away from finishing that.  I also managed to get my shadow priest through her share of run, also one token for finishing it.  At least the night isn't a total lost.

Got my 2 tanks to run through their LFR yesterday.  They're on the second half of the grind, and the drop rate is just as terrible as I fear.  2 Token drop for my monk, and a single token drop for my death knight.  fortunately for me, the Death Knight still have a guarantee drop from the Thunder King himself left.

Next up are the cloth wearing casters: mage, warlock and shadow priest.
