We didn't have enough people online to try Heroic Gorefiend, with many people on vacation. So we borrowed a normal Gorefiend run from someone else's queue (they've wipe many many times) and got him down in one shot. We left and worked on normal difficulty of the final boss. 2.5 hours of wipe does give us a good idea of the fight.
