Right now various characters have gotten their legendary quest shipyard quest. They required level 3 shipyard's carrier blueprint to complete. Fortunately, I've grind enough treasure mission to get that done. Now it's just getting all of the character to be revered with the primary Tanaan Jungle faction to get the oil rig. Oil remains a resource constraint on a lot of the characters.
