The last guild raid night was cancelled due to non-participation of many raiders.

I did complete the Thunderlord transmog set using my druid while running WoD heroic dungeons.

The weekend event this week is arena.  I don't do arena, so nothing for me to do.

I took my warlock and druid through LFR and old raid content.  I also decided to revert most of the transmog back to class specific as it's too cumbersome to mail the Stormwind Guard set around.

I started to put the rest of my character through LFR, in between waiting for the queue to go, I farm the older instance to complete the old transmog set.  I'm concentrating on Tier 5 for now.  Now that I'm level 100, end boss from Tier 5 raid posses almost no threat to my characters and I can actually finish Lady Vashj, one of the more annoying end boss from old raid content I can remember.

We got our attempts on Mannoroth in.  But we have to first go through the remaining two bosses, which was taking longer than anticipated.  Raid participation is getting worse.

Off raid night.  One thing I forgot to mention is that I spend 4/5 of my available gold in game to buy an elusive Swift Spectral Tiger.  The price is usually in the 600k range.  This time it dropped down to 488k range and I jumped at it.  It's expensive but I snagged one of the most expensive one.  Next up is the chicken mount.

I also spend time with two of my characters that have The Burning Crusade Halaa tokens to buy those PVP mounts.  One of them I have to use the cross realm tool to get on an Alliance controlled Halaa.  The other character actually arrived at the town being captured by Alliance.  Two more mount.

For the most part, I got on my paladin to finish up Pandaren Ambassador achievement to get the second kite.  Previous night, I was running normal instances which was not giving up quit as much reputation as I wanted.  Running heroic dungeon works out better.  I went from 3k honor (basically 1/2 through honor) to 12k revered (1/2 way through revered) by just doing heroic dungeons.  One more leisurely day of rep farming should get me that kite.

Day 1833 - Warlords of Draenor Day 284

We skipped the first half of the raid instance to concentrate on the latter half.  Blizzard still have not fix the buggy Fel-Lord fight.  In the end, we got all but 3 bosses done on the latter half, giving us plenty of time on the next raid night to work on Mannoroth.

On the last day of the raid week, I spend 2.5 hours wiping to Mannoroth with a guild run pick up group.  We had 1%, 2% and 3% wipe.  Though I didn't get what I came for, but it's still very good practice.

Once again, we have a lot of people not online during the raid.  We did get Tyrant down after about 5 attempts.  The hunger got an best in slot boot for marksman spec.

We spend the rest of the evening trying heroic Mannoroth.  Our best attempt is about 4%.  We'll get him next time.

This weekend's bonus event is the crystal quests in the Tanaan Jungle.  I don't see much point in that, so I opted to just run older heroic raid with the hunter to make money.

I did get into a group of heroic raiders that were doing achievement on the normal level.  I got through 3 of the latter achievement (Fel Lord, Xul'Horac and Mannoroth).  In the end, I just have to bid good night with the group as I was simply too tired.

I was pretty tired after going to and from Rose Hills, so I just went through most of the heroic raid on my hunter to make some money.  Didn't see anything interesting dropped.

Day 1828 - Warlords of Draenor Day 279

Finishing up Fel Lord Zakuun and Xhul'horac (and at the last minute, Shadow-Lord Iskar).  Fel Lord is still a very RNG fight.  Xhul' is an execution fight.  Ishkar is right now a farmed content that we just decided to do at 10 minutes before the end of the raid.  I'm glad we did him, as I came away with a nice cloak that's an heroic version of what I'm already wearing.

Day 1827 - Warlords of Draenor Day 278

I decided on my non-raiding night to finish up the meta achievement that comes about when patch 6.2.2 (rumored to be deployed at 09/01/2015) goes live.

I was missing 1 garrison daily mission.  for some reason I was missing the the explorer achievement in Frostridge, Gorgrand and Spire of Araki.  Since my missing missing was in Frostfire, I decided to start there after buying a scouting missive to trigger that quest.  I was also 5 short of the collection of treasure, so I was keeping an eye on it.

After about 30 minutes of the garrison support mission, I managed to knock it out.  I brought up the achievement tab and determined which subzone I haven't been to to penciled this leg of the achievement.

The loremaster quests for Gorgrand is a bit more challenging.  I remember in leveling, I given up when I cannot find the next quest giver.  This time around, I paid attention, and actually figure out where he was.

I actually have the greatest problem with Spires.  I ditch it while leveling up because Nagrand offers better experience.  I finished up the quest that I've already done, and start looking for orphan quests.  I did install mod to help me find out what is still needed.  Unfortunately for me the mod arrange the quest in alphabetical order, and not in an organized of prequest.

The last part of the meta was explorer.  After I completed the main story quest in Spires, I had to find this obscure corner and get that achievement.  I got a new mount and I'll be flying in the next patch.

Day 1826 - Warlords of Draenor Day 277

We had a good night of raiding, one shotting all of the lower level bosses.  Surprisingly enough, our first wipe came about after we were done with the boss and clearing trash onto the next boss.  We managed to reach Tyrant at about 45 minutes prior to the end of the raid.

It was on our 3 or 4th wipe when Blizzard suffered a denial of service attack that knocked quit a few of our raiders out of the game.  Tyrant was at 10 % and without the disconnect, we would've done it all.

On the final day of the raid week, I got my druid and death knight their run at the bonus event.  The druid got a belt and death knight got a leg piece that wasn't an upgrade over what she's currently using.  Such is the random number generator.

Managed to get my warrior and monk through their respective run at Timewalker bonus event.  The monk got a head piece and a tanking trinket from the naval yard mission.  The warrior got a dps trinket.

We're missing quit a few people on our final raid night for the week, but we actually managed to defeat Xul'horac in about 6 pull and Tyrant Velhari in 3.  I got a head piece that I would use if my other 4 slot are heroic, but for now, I won't be using.

We're in the midst of a heat wave.  The heat kinda discourage me from doing anything.  I managed to get my rogue and paladin through the Time Walker  dungeon.  The rogue got a bracer and some other gear from both LFR and the Bonus Weekend box.  The Paladin got a nice all purpose wrist.

And the Timewalker Weekend is here.  This weekend, we got Burning Crusade dungeons.  I have a couple of characters that needs to run through the place.  My first priority is to get my hunter through her sets of 5 BC dungeons.  The glove I got out of the box is not any better than what I'm using now.  Well, I still have the naval mission box to go.

We spend 3 hours banging our head against the wall on Fel Lord Zakuun.  We did finish it, but no gear for me.  Come the next raid night, we'll be dealing with one of the 4 remaining bosses in heroic mode.

On the off raid night, I managed to get onto two raid on my hunter.  The first one was for the Archimonde kill.  Didn't get the trinket, but I did get the last quest token needed to complete the Legendary quest chain.  Afterward, I got on and killed Mannoroth for the fifth time.  This time, I got a tier chest piece, which completes the 4 piece bonus.  Granted, 3 out of my 4 pieces are normal level, but the 4 piece bonus is strong enough to justify it.

Day 1819 - Warlords of Draenor Day 270

With all of my toon having access to the helicopter ride to Throne of Kil'Jaeden, raid reset day becomes a rush to go up there, and collect felblight.  I managed to pick up some really awful and  somewhat useful ones.  But mainly the end result is that I collect the material for crafting.  I've also decided to be on the lookout in the auction house for the Haunted Momento for the rest of my characters.  This will be an expensive experience.

On the raid itself, we managed to get all of the way to Socrethar, with Fel Lord for the next raid night.  Didn't get anything.

Day 1815 - Warlords of Draenor Day 266

I decided to try catching up on all of the bosses I didn't get to on heroic in normal mode.  This will at least give me a shot at getting more quest token to get the legendary ring.  At least that's the theory.  Being that we've done 9/13, that means I have to wade through the first 9 bosses.  I didn't try to spend my remaining bonus roll coin on these bosses right now.

We spend 1.5 raid working on Socrethar the Eternal on our last raid cycle.  We have more time to spend on him this week due.  After 3 hours, we managed to defeat him.  While I didn't get to replace the normal tier glove, I did get the heroic version crossbow I got last week.  This is a good improvement over the crafted gun, and I happily upgraded it.  I also have a spare enchant onhand so I was happy.

Afterward, we have a guild run try at a normal boss.  30 minutes and we didn't get him down.

Day 1813 - Warlords of Draenor Day 264

The guildie that I normally run normal HFC isn't around on the off night, so I opted to take one of my neglected alts through as much of the HFC LFR as I can.  The shadow priest did get a whole bunch of gears, albeit, not the best for her spec.

I also managed to get all of my toons the quick helicopter ride to Throne of Kil'Jaeden for the weekly appointment with Lord Kazzak.  Most of my toon got either ok gear utter ludicrous one that I cannot use.  The only good point is that I get crafting material out of it.  Since I have 10 characters that'll be doing this on a weekly basis, I can upgrade some of my gears rather fast.

I had 2 doctor's appointment this week.  Both consultation comes back with result I'm not happy with.  The surgeon confirmed that I will be needing surgery to correct the problem that hospitalized me, as the drainage have not stopped.  My bariatric surgeon also informed me that my iron level is low and I need to start taking iron supplement or I will need direct infusion.

Day 1812 - Warlords of Draenor Day 263

For a change, we managed to one shot Iron Reaver, which in the past couple of weeks were giving us problem.  We did however wipe on one of the trash pack when we over pulled.  This week we actually managed to get all the way up to finishing Shadow Lord Iskar on the first day, which is a new speed record for us.  Now we can concentrate on Socrethar the Eternal.

I didn't get any notable gear on the hunter.

I just realized that Lord Kazzak is really easy to finish, just getting there is a wee bit of an hassle.  The gear he drops aren't the greatest, but it beats nothing.  My hunter went there just as the raid started and managed to get a not great trinket.  Hey, it beats nothing.

I got into an guild run HFC normal.  We managed to blew through most of the content, getting stucked on the final boss.  I did get 2 pieces of normal tier piece, but I can only use one, until I get either shoulder or chest piece from the normal boss.  I did get a normal bow from Mannoroth, but it's not better than my current crafted gun.

The Bonus event this weekend is Mythical Dungeon, which is much much tougher than the Timewalker Dungeons.  I got the required 4 done on my Paladin as a tank, doing the exact same instance 4 times.  I didn't get loot beyond the first try, but I wasn't looking for loot, just the require count to get my bag of loot.  I got a fairly bland leg piece.
