I decided to give Mechagon Island's 2 world boss mount another fair shot after the 'successful' camping strategy in Uldum. I have to park all of the characters in front of the boss spawn point. If I tag the mob and shutdown the game, I can tag it with another character, thus shorten the camp time.
28 mob tags later, no mount.
