Day 596 - New Exercise Regiment

Taking my doctor's advice, I change my morning exercise routine a bit.  I shorten my time from 50 minutes down to 30 minutes.  Instead of steady 4.1 MPH the whole way through, I alternate between 4.0 and 4.6.  5 minutes of 4.0, follow by 10 minutes of 4.6, and then 5 minutes of each until I hit 30 minutes.  This means I did 4.0 MPH for 15 minutes, 4.6 MPH for 15 minutes as well.

I must say, this does heat up my thigh muscle quit a bit.  Unfortunately, I'm not exactly sure whether I can keep this up or not.  Lets see what tomorrow brings.
