I finally decided to re-visit the second Tier 16 LFR today. And boy was it a learning experience. I put my death knight and warlock through the paces. Neither got anything directly useful from the LFR, but my death knight did get 2 piece of upgrade from Timeless Isle, so it's not a total lost.
