And I got my Death Knight and Druid up to level 100. And I realize that these alt toons are currently very short on Garrison Resources to do any building upgrade. The Death Knight is short about 500 GR to even upgrade the whole garrison to level 3, and the Druid does have enough. The rest of my toons I'm currently leveling will also be short.
