I actually finished it on the Paladin without getting the final talent. The Bronze Dragon talent is the one that finally did it for me, as I didn't do any of the Dragon Shrine bosses.

Day 2686 - Legion Day 686
Blizzard went and fixed a lot of the scaling issue that's introduced with 8.0.1. This includes Death of Chromie scenario. I first notice it when I was taking in my Druid in for the leather transmog set. I spend the rest of the night grinding out reputation so that my Warlock and Druid can get the necessary Chromie talents to finish scenario.
