Took both my hunter and rogue through Normal 10. Both toons got their upgraded weapons. Both raid falls apart after going through the first 4 bosses. But upgrade is upgrade. I then took my death knight through the normal 10 as well. 3.5 hours later, we give up after 8 bosses. No upgrade for me.
