With the Green Dragons out of my transmog hunting rotation, I'm down to just Azuregos and Lord Kazzak. Lord Kazzak is still a very long flight away from Hyjal portal point, but I've narrowed down to the characters with the correct spec to get the Eskhandar's Left Claw. On Lord Kazzak, I'm down to just one staff.
