Day 542 - Sleeping

Now that I have Fitbit for about 2 weeks, I've actually put in more effort to get to sleep earlier. Last night was an slight exception (went to sleep at 10:48PM), but or the most part, I tried to sleep earlier to accommodate my weekday wake up time of 4:30AM. I do feel less likely to doze off while driving, which is a plus.
