I made another electronic waste deposit run today. This time, I went to the Sunland facility that's in the Valley, and much more sensible. I even managed to get my next week's lunch restocked at Burbank Costco and get my car refueled.
I'll be On-Call starting Monday, so I'll try to go to sleep early for the rest of the week.
This morning, just for the hell of it, I dial up the treadmill speed up to 4.2 again, this time I had no problem handling the speed. Albeit, even now, 12 hours later, I'm still feeling the burn that pace impart. I'll go back to 4.1 tomorrow.
