I don't know when I started eating this breakfast. After surgery, I used to blend protein powder into smoothies, but this is a bit more normal. 3 eggs over easy (I try to under cook 'em a bit), fresh cut salsa from Mexican supermarket. And home made latte (on weekend, I actually will spend time steaming the milk, but for now, I usually just microwave the milk and use that timer to time heating up the skillet). I know I'm kind of going overboard on hot sauce, so this breakfast is without my usual hot sauce.
