According to fitbit, I got more than 7 hours of sleep last night. I still wake up at 4:30AM, albeit, it takes me a bit longer to actually get out of the bed and hop onto the treadmill. I've been trying to give myself plenty of time for sleep these past couple of weeks, but after the on-call week I had from last week (which extended onto Presidential Day this past Monday), I felt far more sleepy.
Well, a couple of more hours before I hit the road. Lets hope that the traffic is ok.
