I really don't know why my weight is elevated versus a couple of weeks ago. I haven't change my diet. If anything, I'm actually eating less, with more protein and fiber in my diet. I still need to hit the gym more often, but my morning exercise have been changed to walking 4.5 MPH for 25 minutes. I'll have to take this one day at a time.
