Day 634 - Missing Exercise in the Morning

I'm a creature of habit. One reason why I insist on setting my alarm clock to wake me up at 4:30AM in the morning is so I'll have enough time to do all of my morning routine before going to work. This includes my 30 minutes of walk on the treadmill. Today due to various factors, I didn't get that done. In the past 2 weeks, I've missed this exercise more and more, with various excuses. This is why I don't want to fall off the wagon on exercise. Oh, and this post itself is late... 112/74/54 169.8lb 79 mg/DL
