I go back on-call next week, so I'm trying to pack as much gym work as I can this week. Yesterday I did 15 minutes of elliptical machine workout and I'm still able to pack in my morning walk in without difficulty. I'm going to skip gym today and go back tomorrow to give my body a bit of rest. Hopefully that will work better than last time when I over-exerted myself.
