I'm currently in the third week of my current bout of stall. My weight will oscillate between 206 and 209. No real pattern. I am upping my exercise routine, though I tried the treadmill at 5' incline and that's almost as bad as the 3.9MPH pace. So, I'm stuck at 30 minutes of 3.8MPH at 4' incline. I am working up a sweat by the time my routine is done.
