The surgeon's office called me yesterday about my blood test result from last week (my follow up appointment is next week). All is normal except Vitamin D. They faxed me a prescription for massive vitamin D dosage (50,000 unit weekly for 4 weeks). I'm still trying to figure out why the vitamin D I got from the multi-vitamin isn't enough. Well, after the 4 week dosage, Perhaps I need to add additional daily vitamin D.
