I've been struggling with icing my eyes. As it stands, it freezes my forehead more than my eyes, which is where it's desperately needed. It's only towards the end of the day that I finally come up with a working solution regarding the icing. Partially fill the bag, put some water in it to melt some of the ice and then places part of the ice on the eye, leaving the rest of the bag away from my head. That seems a bit complicated for icing the eyes, but it works for me.
