Day 663 - Gym Night Monday

I think I got the gym schedule work out now.  Monday, Wednesday, Saturday.  This has the added benefit of not clashing with my support meeting Tuesday and my usual Friday Rose Hills run.

Did my 15 minutes of cardio exercise on the elliptical machine.  I'm trying not to overexert myself and at least try to hydrate myself after the routine.  I'll probably either extend the time or add more session in the future when I'm up to it.

Oh, here's part of my dinner tonight, more grilled pork chop with garlic powder and salsa.:
