Day 672 - Gym Wednesday

I weight in at 164lb this morning.  My lowest weight since my surgery.  This is actually not a case for joy as I know perfectly well that I'm just dehydrated.  After I have problem going back to sleep yesterday, I basically went through the whole day on caffeine.  I must have drank over 10 shots of coffee.  Adding to that, I also forgot to re-engage the alarm clock, so I overslept this morning.

To counter all this (my right calf muscle has the pre-cramp symption), I added a banana in my morning protein shake.  I'm drinking some warm water right as I'm typing this.  And I'll need to drink more tonight as I go back to the gym again.
