My day starts at Midnight when I got woken up by an incident call. I went back to sleep 2 hours later, and then wake up by my alarm clock at 4:30 AM. After doing my morning exercise, I only got 1/2 way through preparing my breakfast before more incidents force me to abandond the rest of my meal and drive to work. As a result, I only had my breakfast protein shake, and I make up the rest of my breakfast with coffee and protein bar. The rest of the day is just as bad.
Lets hope for a quieter tomorrow.
