I was able to watch some recorded TV show on gym today. The 20 minutes went by pretty fast, and I was definitely ready for more. But I need to get really used to this current pace before I start ramping up again. I'm debating on whether to do the gym again tomorrow, or just wait for Monday. In either event, I'm going to have to clear up some space in the back room to put in an elliptical machine, since I really enjoy working out on that (no knee strap required). I'll probably still keep the gym membership. The back room is uninsulated, which means that I cannot use it in the summer afternoon.
