Unlike my main paladin, all of my remaining tank toons got their starter ring as soon as they're capable of running it, after hitting level 98. It does take me a while to remember how to get to the particular quest hub as there isn't an automatic taxi go go there. At least that's out of the way, and onto the rest of the grind.
