Odd that my numbers is the way it is. I actually didn't eat much solid food yesterday, protein shake for dinner due to getting home so late. Lets see what tomorrow's number is like.
Due to conflicting schedule, my lunch end up being a protein bar (20g of protein). Dinner was pork chop (5 ounces) cooked in NuWave oven. I also defrosted 1 additional pork chop and put in 1 tablespoon of cooking sake, soy sauce and rice vinegar. By tomorrow evening, that meat should be fully defrosted and marinated.
